Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end support and sales ownership of assigned financial products/services, ensuring profitable growth
  • Develop and maintain external relationships with consultants and plan sponsors for defined contribution plans
  • Create marketing collateral and strategic plans to prioritize growth opportunities for the employer
  • Collaborate with internal partners to enhance the sales pipeline and commit resources to market enhancements
  • Stay informed about industry trends and lead the strategic planning process for assigned products/services
Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree in marketing, business, finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, and/or relationship management, with significant experience in the retirement plan sales field
  • Required licenses: FINRA Series 6, Series 63, and Series 65
  • Strong understanding of retirement plans and ancillary products, including Health Savings Accounts and managed account services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong project management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master of Business Administration and/or advanced certifications such as CFP, CFA, or CIMA
  • Designations such as ChFC, CLU, or CRC
  • Proven ability to engage consultants and intermediary partners in sales interactions
  • Experience with capital preservation products and in-plan guarantee products
  • Strong executive presence in board meetings and client presentations
