This role requires a deep understanding of DeFi protocols, smart contract development, and on-chain analytics. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing innovative strategies to maximize returns for users while ensuring the safety and efficiency of our platform. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts for automated yield farming and liquidity provision strategies.
• Research and analyze new DeFi protocols, lending platforms, and staking opportunities.
• Implement algorithms for optimizing asset allocation and risk management within farming strategies.
• Monitor on-chain activity and protocol performance to adjust strategies dynamically.
• Integrate with various blockchain networks and decentralized exchanges (DEXs).
• Conduct thorough testing and simulation of new strategies before deployment.
• Collaborate with the broader engineering team on platform development and improvements.
• Ensure the security and efficiency of all deployed smart contracts and protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience in developing and implementing DeFi strategies.
• Strong proficiency in smart contract development (Solidity) and relevant frameworks.
