Qualifications

• Prior coaching or playing experience in lacrosse (high school, club, or collegiate level) is preferred.
• Ability to connect with and motivate student-athletes across varying experience levels.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Coach and staff in executing inclusive, instructional practices.
• Foster a positive team culture prioritizing sportsmanship and discipline.
• Create an environment encouraging student-athletes to learn and grow.
• Manage game-day operations including strategy development.
• Be a role model demonstrating integrity and respect.
