Job summary

Leidos Dynetics seeks a Defensive Exploit Software Developer to join a diverse, highly skilled team in Lawton, OK. You will help develop software and techniques for exploiting and detecting network attacks while supporting Red Team research and forensics to shield weapon-system solutions.

The role requires strong cybersecurity fundamentals, Python scripting, Linux expertise, and up to 40% travel, with a TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, cybersecurity, cyber engineering or similar degree.
• Experience with Wireshark.
• A solid understanding of Cybersecurity.
• Proficiency with Python scripting to write quick prototypes on request.
• Experience with Linux and Bash scripting.
• Exposure to security tools, protocols, or CTF competitions.
• Ability to travel to customer sites up to 40% of time.
• US Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Aid in the development of software and/or techniques for exploitation of researched network protocols, as well as detection of, identification of and results of those attacks.
• Collaborate with Red Team members in researching systems, contributing through code analysis and creating test tools.
• Coordinate with internal experts to perform network forensics to understand impacts on customer end-products/solutions.
