ManTech in Stafford, VA is seeking a motivated Test Engineer to support Marine Corps test and evaluation efforts. You will ensure system requirements are validated, tested, and documented across all program phases.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in test engineering, plus hands-on experience coordinating test activities, developing test documents, and analyzing results. This position offers onsite work with competitive compensation, benefits, and the opportunity

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required.
• Experience coordinating test planning and execution across centers and teams.
• Experience developing and reviewing test documentation (strategies, plans, procedures).
• Strong analytical capability to analyze test execution data and defects.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.

Mansioni

• Review RTM to ensure system requirements are traced to verification methods, test events, test procedures, and results.
• Coordinate with test centers, program stakeholders, system engineering personnel, contractors, and other test organizations to support test planning and execution.
• Support the validation of system requirements across all test phases.
• Assist with the development and review of test strategies, test plans, test procedures, test schedules, entry/exit criteria, and required test documentation.
• Analyze test results to assess system performance against approved requirements.
• Participate in Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs) and stakeholder briefings to report test execution progress and evaluation results.
