Job summary

Donatech Corporation is seeking a Test Engineer to contribute to detailed hardware and software design, updates, and integration/verification for missile test sets. You will prepare flow charts, schematics, and ICDs, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure designs meet enterprise standards.

The role requires solving complex problems with initiative, delivering timely communications, and occasionally traveling to facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Troubleshooting analog and digital electronics.
• Familiarity with test software design and debugging in support of troubleshooting.
• Root Cause and Corrective Action.
• Test equipment hardware (oscilloscopes, power supplies, DMM, signal generators, spectrum analyzers).
• Hardware and software configuration management process.
• Microsoft Visio, Excel, Project, PowerPoint skills.
• Test Equipment Interface Test Adapter (ITA) and cable design experience.
• LabVIEW/Test Stand experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, update, and integrate test sets for Client-3/MSE missile subsystems.
• Provide flow charts, block diagrams, schematics, and interface control documents.
• Support writing of test requirements, test description documents, operating instructions, and installation procedures.
• Support Peer Reviews, Design Assurance Reviews, and Readiness Reviews.
• Offer technical solutions to complex problems, in line with IMS constraints.
• Travel to client production facilities, supplier facilities, and customer facilities as needed.
