Qualifications

• Must quickly learn and understand complex subject matter.
• Experience in writing documentation and procedure manuals for various audiences.
• Superb written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to operate with little supervision and adapt to changing priorities.
• Candidate must possess or be able to obtain an active Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop user manuals, test plans, and foundational documents with subject matter experts.
• Research, outline, write, and edit content across departments to understand project requirements.
• Gather information from subject-matter experts to produce procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation.
• Identify documentation repositories with development/support leads and ensure centralized storage.
• Create content in alternative media forms to maximize usability with a consistent voice.
