The role emphasizes learning complex subject matter quickly, collaborating with SMEs, and delivering clear, structured content. A U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain an active Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter.
• Experience in writing documentation and procedure manuals for various audiences.
• Superb written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to operate with little supervision and quickly adapt to new priorities as needed.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Develop user manuals, test plans, and foundational documents with subject-matter experts.
• Research, outline, write, and edit content with cross-department collaboration.
• Gather information from SMEs and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process docs.
• Identify repositories, revise, edit, and determine data compilation and storage solutions.
• Create content in alternate media forms for maximum usability with consistent voice.
