Job summary

SAIC seeks a Technical Documentation Specialist in Crane, IN to develop and maintain high-quality technical materials meeting government specs. You will research, collect, analyze, and organize information while ensuring accuracy and consistency across documentation.

The role requires an associate degree with 3+ years of related experience, DoD familiarity, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Travel up to ~20% may be involved.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related discipline and 3 years of related experience. Experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
• Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance; Interim Secret needed to start.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Development of XML files, Desktop Publishing with abilities to create and update tables, to create and manipulate graphics and drawings, to create and update flowcharts, and to format/layout text, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience with DoD industry.
• Support potential travel at approximately 20%.
