Job summary

As a Technical Lead on the Defense team, you will lead a small, hands-on engineering group from design through delivery, building new products from scratch and scaling existing systems as they evolve.

• Proficiency in modern programming languages; Rust and Python preferred.
• Experience using LLM tools to accelerate development.
• Ability to collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams.

• Curiosity and eagerness to learn domain specifics and anticipate needs.
• Willingness and ability to travel and obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of engineers while staying hands-on and guiding implementation from design through delivery.
