Job summary

Epirus is seeking a Program Manager for Product Demonstrations to own planning, execution, and optimization of technical demonstrations for U.S. and international customers.

You will coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure demonstrations accurately reflect capabilities and meet program objectives. The role requires 5+ years in defense/aerospace program management, strong cross-functional skills, and the ability to navigate ITAR/compliance environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Business or related fields.
• 5 years of project or program management experience in defense or aerospace contexts.
• Strong understanding of system integration and cross-functional workflows.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple demo streams.

Responsibilities

• Own the planning, scheduling, and execution of product demonstrations and exercises.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure demo environments and products are ready for accurate demonstrations.
• Coordinate with logistics teams and contracted test ranges.
• Maintain a structured process for demo version control and modifications.
• Align demos with customer requirements, program objectives, and competitive positioning.
• Track demo performance, issues, and customer feedback; drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and handling of sensitive information.
• Maintain documentation and playbooks for demo operations.
