General Infomatics, Inc. (GI) supports the Department of War TRMC Internship Program (TRMCi), offering hands-on roles in research, engineering, cybersecurity, and technical disciplines at premier MRTFB locations. Interns work with mentors on real defense projects, earning $20.00 per hour for a 10-week, full-time program with potential lodging and per diem benefits.

Eligibility includes U.S. citizenship, ability to obtain a Secret clearance, a minimum 3.0 GPA, and full-time availability from June

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for a DoW Secret security clearance.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Full-time participation for the entire 10-week period (June 7–Aug 13, 2027).
• Enrollment in an accredited undergraduate/graduate STEM program or a technical/ cybersecurity program.

Responsibilities

• Support research, engineering, cybersecurity, and technical projects at a DoW MRTFB location.
• Apply STEM coursework to real defense challenges in test & evaluation.
• Conduct data analysis, modeling, software development, prototyping, or related tasks.
• Collaborate with mentors and interns to solve complex problems.
• Participate in TRMCi program activities throughout the internship.
• Present findings and recommendations during program closeout.
