Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in system test and evaluation or systems engineering.
• Proven experience testing communications systems, EW systems, or A-PNT systems.
• Familiarity with INCOSE processes and requirements verification methods.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact with government customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test plans and procedures with full traceability to system requirements.
• Design and execute system-level integration, verification, and validation testing.
• Coordinate test activities across hardware, software, and systems engineering teams.
• Produce high-quality test documents, procedures, and technical reports.
• Present test results and recommendations to stakeholders.
