Job summary

KBR is seeking a Systems Engineer in Huntsville to support the development, integration, verification, and lifecycle management of advanced weapon systems. You will define and manage system requirements and coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, management, and government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline and 4+ years in systems engineering or integration roles.
• Experience developing, managing, or verifying system requirements for complex technical systems.
• Familiarity with lifecycle management and interface definitions; strong documentation skills.
• Experience with requirements management tools such as DOORS, Jama, Cameo, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage system requirements across the program lifecycle.
• Develop system architecture and coordinate subsystem integration activities.
• Maintain requirements documentation, ICDs, and traceability matrices.
• Support design reviews, verification planning, and requirements compliance assessments.
