Job summary

Applied Technologies Group, Inc. is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) Program Manager to support the Utility Helicopters Project Office (UHPO) at Redstone Arsenal, AL.

You will define, articulate, and execute the program vision, scope, and baselines, aligning with UHPO priorities. You will lead end-to-end acquisition activities, manage IMS and risk, coordinate with USG stakeholders and industry partners, and mentor multidisciplinary teams while ensuring delivery milestones meet partner

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 8+ years of related experience.
• PhD with four years of related experience; Masters with six years; Associate with ten years; HS Diploma with twelve years.
• Program Analysis & Reporting: conduct program baseline analysis, monitor cost/schedule/performance metrics, and prepare executive briefings and acquisition documentation.
• Cross-Functional Execution: execute UH-60 procurement, fielding, and sustainment tasks with IPT, contracting, and foreign disclosure teams.
• Stakeholder Coordination: liaison across USG security assistance stakeholders and industry partners.
• Portfolio & Risk Management: track IMS, manage risk matrices, oversee multi-country FMS case tracking.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the program vision, scope, and baselines.
• Manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and performance reporting.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate program-level risks and cost/schedule issues.
• Provide hands-on guidance to multidisciplinary project teams.
• Coordinate workflow with USG stakeholders and industry partners.
