Guidehouse is seeking an entry-level consultant for its Defense & Security Campus in McLean, VA. The role involves supporting government agencies with project management, process improvement, and analytics to help achieve mission objectives.

The ideal candidate is completing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in 2025–2026, can obtain Public Trust or higher clearance, and demonstrates strong analytical and communication skills. U.S. citizenship is required for clearance.

Qualificações

• Must be able to obtain Public Trust, Secret, or higher level federal/government security clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship required for security clearance.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree to be completed between Fall 2025 and Summer 2026.
• Strong analytical and communications skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support government agencies on project management and consulting tasks.
• Assist in designing, developing, launching, and improving projects and programs.
• Develop performance metrics and monitor program performance to assess goals.
• Prepare memos, briefings, and client communications; generate reports and presentations.
• Conduct data collection and analysis to support decision-making and policy development.
