Job summary

SelectTech Services Corporation is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize all facets of our supply chain within the defense sector. The role emphasizes advanced technology, data analytics, and compliance with government property regulations, DFARS, and defense contracting requirements.

You will travel regularly between our Colorado and Dayton, OH facilities, manage sourcing, inventory, and supplier performance, and mentor teams across Purchasing, Inventory, Tool

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• 5–7 years of supply chain management, procurement, or logistics with leadership experience.
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint Inventory Management and BSI systems.
• Willingness to travel at least 25% between Colorado and Dayton, OH.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory including government-owned property in compliance with regulations.
• Direct purchasing, procurement, and supplier qualification processes.
• Lead cost estimation, market analysis, and vendor quotes.
• Drive continuous improvement with AI-driven tools and Lean/Six Sigma methods.
• Mentor Purchasing, Inventory, Tool Control, and Shipping/Receiving staff.
