Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance required

Job Summary

This entry-level position is ideal for those interested in Internet Protocol Telephony and Information Technology. The technician will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of network switches, phones, and infrastructure, including troubleshooting, repairs, reconfigurations, and maintaining configuration control.

Essential Functions
  • Support and maintain DRSN hardware and software, ensuring continuous operation according to manufacturer manuals and DoD/Air Force instructions.
  • Assist in network monitoring, fault isolation, and service restoration.
  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, backups, and database management.
  • Support system security and assist with security policies and controls.
  • Provide technical support for end-user services and network modernization efforts.
  • Work rotating shifts and support short-term travel as needed.
Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in IT or Internet Protocol Telephony skills.
  • Experience with telecommunications systems, cryptographic systems, or command/control environments preferred.
  • IAT Level II Certification and active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Ability to attend training at Fort Huachuca, AZ, including DRSN DSS-2A and VoIP courses.
Education
  • Associate’s Degree in IT or related field.
Additional Requirements
  • Ability to receive training on DRSN systems and VoIP/VoSIP.
  • Maintain current certifications and training.
