Job summary

McBride is seeking a seasoned talent acquisition professional to lead and scale cleared civilian and military recruitment for DoW clients across the United States, with a strong emphasis on Hanscom AFB. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, schedule interviews, and report progress to leadership while ensuring security clearance compliance.

Ideal candidates bring at least five years of experience in military/civilian personnel sourcing, familiarity with DoD workflows, and mastery of MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of experience sourcing cleared civilian and military personnel or DoW personnel operations.
• Experience supporting DoW, U.S. Air Force or joint military organizations.
• Familiarity with military personnel processes, evaluations, security clearance and administrative workflows.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational, communication, and task management skills.
• Experience handling sensitive personnel and operational information with discretion and professionalism.
