Job summary

Entarian seeks a trainer to provide the initial transfer of knowledge on operation and maintenance of Software defined, legacy, and COTS tactical radio systems through New Equipment Training (NET). The trainer will deliver fluent presentations and hands-on exercises.

Responsibilities include supporting HMS programs (AN/PRC-148, -158, -162, -163 and future radios), conducting both in-person and virtual training, and coordinating logistics while maintaining training equipment; travel worldwide up

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2-year Technical School.
• 7 years total experience including 3 years training delivery.
• Experience facilitating both in-person and virtual training.
• Proficient with SKL, schematics, multimeters, and diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Conduct monthly peer reviews on training delivery.
• Update training mission plans as needed.
• Set up classrooms and maintain training equipment suites.
• Coordinate logistics for training events.
• Maintain repository of TTPs.
• Pursue AI/PI certification and annual re-certification.
• Travel worldwide up to 70%.
