Job summary

Calista seeks a Project Manager I to coordinate low to moderate risk technical projects and multiple teams. You will support cost estimating, scheduling, and reporting while interfacing with government customers and vendors.

Ideal candidates have DoD acquisitions experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage complex task sets with attention to detail and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a relevant field required or equivalent experience.
• 6 years of task related work experience required.
• 3 years of DoD acquisitions experience required.
• 4 years of team leadership experience required.
• Ability to obtain a government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete low to moderate risk projects and multiple projects concurrently.
• Oversee cost estimates, deadlines, and progress of projects.
• Prepare schedules, reports, and professional correspondence for vendors and customers.
• Assist in developing proposals, cost reports, and CDRLs.
• Interface with government customers and internal stakeholders.
