Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of program management experience in defense.
• Experience leading large, product-based government programs.
• Knowledge of ITAR, DFARS, FAR; ability to manage scope, schedule, budget and risk.
• Strong communication with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex defense programs.
• Develop strategies, milestones, schedules, and deliverables.
• Ensure execution aligns with customer requirements and contracts.
• Serve as primary contact for communications with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Manage expectations, scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and performance.
• Create detailed project plans and reporting tools; monitor progress and act on deviations.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, finance, and supply chain.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial performance; identify cost-savings.
• Identify and mitigate risks; ensure regulatory and contract compliance.
• Provide regular status reports to senior management and customers.
• Maintain project documentation; present to government officials and leadership.
• Support ERP implementation activities as needed.
