Minimum of three years of related financial and administrative experience.
Experience with two years of DARPA experience highly desirable.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and ability to produce accurate work.
Ability to organize meetings and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive programmatic, financial, and administrative support to government clients, including budget tracking and maintenance, solicitation management, and milestone tracking.
Track deliverables and milestones; manage schedules and calendar; provide meeting support and correspondence preparation.
Prepare and maintain files; support budget preparation and acquisition funding documents; maintain documentation and reporting.
Develop and coordinate budget and funding documents; analyze financial data and support financial decision-making.
