Job summary

Karman Space & Defense is seeking a Program Planner in Mukilteo, WA. This full-time role focuses on creating accurate manufacturing plans for a range of parts and assemblies, coordinating with program managers, engineers, and procurement to reflect engineering requirements and ensure smooth fabrication and delivery.

The position follows a 9/80 schedule with nine-hour shifts Mon-Thu and alternating Fridays off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associate’s degree in a related discipline preferred.
• Three or more years of applicable experience; EPICOR ERP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interprets engineering prints and ERP data to create complete manufacturing plans.
• Coordinates with program managers and engineers to reflect product requirements in planning.
• Works with manufacturing leads to integrate fabrication and assembly processes into planning.
• Maintains BOMs and procurement planning to support material flow.
• Tracks delivery dates and coordinates with suppliers to meet schedules.
