First Division Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager/Contract Task Manager at Fort Detrick, MD to lead a dispersed team delivering materiel fielding, medical liaison, and logistics support.

The role interfaces with the COR, customer stakeholders, and subcontractors, directing resources within contract scope. The ideal candidate has eight or more years of PM experience in defense or federal programs and holds an active Secret clearance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Eight+ years of relevant program or project management experience in Defense or Federal programs preferred.
• Active Secret clearance required before start and during employment.
• Experience managing cost, schedule, performance, staffing, invoicing, and subcontractor performance on a services contract.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed personnel and coordinating with Government customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and ability to develop executive-level reports, schedules, dashboards, and data analyses.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a diverse team and manage contract cost, schedule and performance.
• Supervise contractor personnel, including subcontractors; set priorities and allocate resources.
• Maintain routine communication with the COR and stakeholders; participate in program reviews and site surveys.
• Manage labor and travel costs vs. funding, Government-furnished property, and training readiness.
• Develop and execute the Program Management Plan, Quality Control Plan, transition and surge plans, risk register and metrics.
• Ensure timely submission of Monthly Progress Reports, invoices, CDRLs, and supporting labor and travel documentation.
• Monitor fielding schedules, medical logistics, transportation activity, staffing vacancies, and government equipment status.
