Job summary

Textron Systems is seeking a Project Specialist to support the Weapons Program Management team, ensuring on-time SDRLs and effective monthly program reviews. Qualifications

• Associates Degree required.
• Ability to learn quickly and multitask efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office products.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance.
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS and eMatrix PLM preferred.
• Prior US military or defense / aerospace industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SDRL deliverables for a major DoW contract.
• Forecast and lead SDRL efforts for program events (Critical Design Reviews).
• Capture minutes and actions in monthly Program Status Reviews for submittal via SDRLs.
• Serve as CAM for all budgetary SDRL scope.
• Maintain program-wide risk register and host monthly Risk Review Boards.
• Serve as CAM for Engineering Software and Program Security.
• Coordinate content and meeting logistics for Monthly Program Status Reviews (MPSRs) and PSRs with the customer.
• Lead PSRR events and SDRL creation to support on-time hardware delivery.
