Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking a Program Analyst to support USASOC/USSOCOM programs. The role focuses on program management, cost, schedule, and performance, reporting to the PMO and coordinating with operations, project managers, and staff.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of experience, and an active Secret clearance. Travel to CONUS locations and US citizenship are required, with Fort Bragg, NC as the location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5+ years leading programs or project controls.
• Ability to engage with customers and employees, including travel to program locations.
• Experience with a variety of contract types: firm fixed price, cost-plus, etc.
• Active Secret Clearance
• Location: Fort Bragg, NC
• US Citizenship Required

Responsibilities

• Supports PM with programmatic administration and deliverables such as personnel accountability, manpower reporting, and travel administration.
• Supports deployment of personnel to CONUS locations.
• Plans, coordinates, and executes deployment related activities according to project requirements and schedules.
• Keeps informed on deployment policies, regulations, and laws.
• Performs data analysis to resolve issues and reports changes and trends.
• Plans deployment-related travel and updates management systems.
• Manages ITAR/EAR compliance for defense-related technology and services.
• Conducts risk assessments and manages export/import licensing.
• Manages daily export operations, jurisdiction, and classification determinations
