Job summary

KBR Mission Technology Solutions seeks a Network Systems Engineer to join on-site in Lexington Park, MD. You will contribute to the design, development, implementation, integration, testing and delivery of data networking hardware and systems for NAVAIR, collaborating with government and contractor teams.

The role emphasizes network technology development, test data analysis, and coordination across diverse partners, with security clearance and US citizenship required.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of technical experience in engineering, design competitions, research participation, or related activities.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with ability to obtain DoD security clearance; active Secret clearance desired and ability to obtain Top Secret within six months.
• ABET-accredited or regionally-accredited degree in engineering or physical sciences as described.

Responsibilities

• Develop network technology in support of the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) program.
• Assess integration and test data to identify and resolve hardware/data issues.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary solutions among government and contractor partners and facilities.
• Engage in technical conferences and partner meetings to bring advanced networking technologies to NAVAIR.
