Qualifications

• Experience in developing or acquiring military microelectronics capabilities (e.g., computing/data centers, telecoms, avionics).
• Ability to develop strategies, briefs and information papers for DoD, and analyze policy documents.
• Knowledge of the DoD Adaptive Acquisition Framework (AAF) and JCIDS/PPBE processes.
• Proactive, detail-oriented self-starter able to work with minimal oversight.
• Capable of technical assessments, investment trend reports and client recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Support senior defense client with program and portfolio oversight and strategy development.
• Conduct technology assessments and investment trend analyses for microelectronics.
• Prepare decision briefs and information papers for leadership and governance bodies.
• Engage in internal and external governance groups to enable secure access to microelectronics technologies.
