Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a field conceptually related to Defense Management Process or Building Defense Forces.
• Applicants must be US citizens and capable of obtaining a TOP SECRET security clearance.
• Teaching, scholarship, and service are expected contributions to the War College program.

Responsibilities

• Teach and facilitate seminar dialogue in core classes such as strategic leadership and defense management.
• Design and teach elective courses aligned with personal research interests and program objectives.
• Conduct and publish scholarship advancing knowledge relevant to War College curriculum and broader DoD priorities.
• Provide service within the college (advising students, participating in committees) and external service to related professional communities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop courses and contribute to curriculum development.
