• Develop Basis of Issue Plan/Manpower Requirements Criteria (BOIP/MARC).
• Support procurement planning and equipment acquisition for system development.
• Engage with DA/DOW agencies and prime contractors to resolve logistics issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
