Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of New York defense litigation including discovery, motions, and trial prep.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and legal memoranda.
• Conduct legal research and prepare comprehensive reports and analyses.
• Participate in and lead court conferences, depositions, hearings, and trial proceedings where appropriate.
• Manage case strategy and deadlines, ensuring client and carrier guidelines compliance.
• Maintain accurate time records and billing entries.
