The role focuses on premises liability, personal injury, products liability, and insurance defense, with emphasis on trial attendance and real-time support for multiple attorneys.

The ideal candidate will have defense experience, trial attendance capability, and strong skills in drafting, record summarization, and chronology creation.

Qualifications

• Experience in defense litigation supporting attorneys.
• Ability to attend trials and assist with court filings.
• Proficient in legal research and drafting pleadings.

Responsibilities

• Attend trials and support counsel.
• Assist with drafting litigation documents and filings.
• Summarize medical records and prepare chronologies.
• Prepare timelines and charts; gather info for trials.
• Locate experts and coordinate for trial needs.
• Perform legal research as required.
