Noblis seeks a visionary leader to position the company as a premier S&T powerhouse within the DARPA and USW (R&E) research ecosystem. You will architect strategy to become a trusted solution partner to DARPA, DIU, CDAO, and SCO, transforming our government-funded research portfolio into flagship demonstrations of innovation.

The role requires deep DARPA/USW relationships, a track record of moving breakthrough technologies from concept to operational impact, and the entrepreneurial drive to win

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience (or a Master's degree and 8 or a PhD and 6)
• Deep DARPA/USW (R&E) knowledge across DARPA, SCO, DIU and related entities
• Solution development track record delivering technology solutions to defense challenges
• Innovation leadership with ability to build breakthrough capabilities
• Strategic business development and winning OTAs/BAAs based on technical innovation
• Program execution excellence and navigation of complex government requirements
• Existing relationships within DARPA and USW (R&E) preferred
• Active Secret Clearance and US Citizenship required
• Travel up to 30%

Responsibilities

• Build Noblis innovation reputation with CTO and leadership to be a recognized leader
• Lead capture and business development for government funding opportunities
• Expand government funded research footprint into flagship demonstrations
• Accelerate transition from research to operational impact with customers
• Collaborate across partners to leverage frontier research for mission advantage
