Integrated Solutions for Systems, Inc. (IS4S) is seeking an Electronics Assembler to build precision electronic and electromechanical hardware for defense programs at our Orlando facility. You will read drawings, follow work instructions, and participate in a small, agile team dedicated to quality and traceability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of electronics assembly or electromechanical assembly experience.
• Ability to read assembly drawings, bills of materials, and work instructions.
• Experience using common hand tools, torque tools, measuring devices, and assembly equipment.
• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining consistent workmanship and quality.
• Ability to accurately complete production documentation.
• Ability to work effectively within a small, agile manufacturing team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble precision electronic and electromechanical hardware per drawings and work instructions.
• Support high-rate production and maintain quality and traceability.
• Follow documented manufacturing processes and perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and other teams.
