Qualifications

• 5+ years in the food service industry.
• 2+ years in food service management.
• Experience with front-line or technical food service, cost control, budgets, and schedule production.
• Experience with U.S. DoD food regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to travel up to 90% to austere locations.
• Secret clearance is required.
• HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day dining facility operations and meal planning.
• Perform inventories and order food from vendors.
• Develop daily healthy menu items featuring the five food groups.
