Job summary

BryceTech LLC is seeking an experienced Data Strategy Manager to lead data strategy, analytics, visualization, reporting, data management, and decision-support for the U.S. Army PM M2S.

The role transforms acquisition, logistics, programmatic, and product data into actionable insights for government leaders, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will establish approaches to integrate, organize, analyze, visualize, and communicate data to improve acquisition

Qualifications

• Active DoW secret clearance or above.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, data science, BI, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience translating complex data into actionable recommendations for senior decision-makers.
• Demonstrated experience with data collection, cleansing, transformation, analysis, visualization, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and quantitative problem-solving methods.
• Experience developing dashboards, reports, and executive-level data visualizations.

Responsibilities

• Translate mission and business requirements into data, analytics, reporting, and visualization solutions.
• Identify opportunities to use data to improve acquisition reform, logistics, and stakeholder engagement.
• Gather, integrate, clean, validate, and preprocess large datasets from multiple sources.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, relationships.
• Develop statistical models, data mining approaches, and predictive models to support decisions.
• Design and maintain dashboards, scorecards, reports, and executive data products.
• Develop clear and compelling data visualizations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
