Job summary

Serco-NA is seeking a motivated Data Scientist to join our team supporting a program focused on Supply Chain Risk Management. You will develop data-driven insights and analytic solutions to identify and mitigate risks in complex supply chains, while working remotely as part of the SIB Data Team. The role requires DoW Secret clearance and U.S.

citizenship to support Navy programs and defense initiatives. Candidates will apply AI/ML, Python, and data engineering to analyze large datasets,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
• 2 years of hands-on data science, analytics, or applied ML.
• Strong proficiency in Python and core data science libraries.
• Experience querying/analyzing SQL and/or NoSQL/databases.

Responsibilities

• Develop data science solutions to analyze large, complex supply chain data.
• Apply statistical methods, ML/AI, and predictive modeling to identify patterns and risks.
• Write clean, well-documented Python code using common libraries.
• Query, transform, and analyze structured and unstructured data (SQL/NoSQL/Hive).
• Create dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with analysts, data engineers, front-end developers, and SMEs.
