You will develop baselines, cost estimates, risk analyses, and economic models, presenting findings to senior managers and collaborating across IPTs. A bachelor's in a quantitative field and 2+ years of cost/analytic experience are required, with strong Excel and data tools proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ defense, intelligence and/or civil agency program cost and economic analysis experience
• College-level mathematics through Calculus II
• Ability to think analytically, creatively and critically
• Ability to operate effectively in environments with evolving requirements, incomplete data, and shifting priorities
• Ability to clearly communicate and defend complex analytical results
• Strong proficiency with Excel for cost analysis and large datasets

Responsibilities

• Develop and/or evaluate program technical and programmatic baselines
• Develop cost estimating techniques for a broad range of cost elements
• Develop independent or program life cycle cost estimates and accompanying risk analyses
• Develop economic analyses including cost/benefit analyses and analyses-of-alternatives
• Assess credibility of government and industry cost estimates and analyses
• Document and present/defend analytical results
• Develop and train less experienced cost analysts
• Communicate results to senior managers and collaborate across IPTs
