Qualifications

• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis knowledge.
• Proficient with financial modeling and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders including directors and program managers to gather financial data.
• Conduct budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Support OSBP and DoD agencies in budget development and management.
• Perform cost analysis of small business programs and contracts; propose cost savings.
• Prepare financial reports and support audits; address discrepancies.
