Qualifications

• 2+ years of insurance defense experience.
• Experience in general liability and related defense matters.
• Ability to handle multiple defense practice areas.

Responsibilities

• Managing cases through all phases of litigation.
• Taking and defending depositions.
• Motion practice and discovery.
• Court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Client communication and reporting.
• Trial preparation.
