The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of insurance defense experience and will handle auto, construction defect, workers' comp, general liability and related matters, supported by mentorship and resources to build a book

• 2+ years of insurance defense experience

Responsibilities

• Managing cases through all phases of litigation
• Taking and defending depositions
• Motion practice and discovery
• Court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations
• Client communication and reporting
• Trial preparation
