We are partnering with an established law firm with a strong presence in insurance defense and complex civil litigation. The firm offers attorneys the opportunity to handle substantial litigation matters while working in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop case strategy and provide practical, business-focused legal advice.
• Manage cases independently while collaborating with attorneys and legal professionals.

• Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license in good standing
• Experience in any civil litigation defense or personal injury defense or insurance defense litigation or premises liability or products liability cases.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $160,000 – $230,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
