Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Contract Quality Manager for a Defence FM contract at DSTL, Salisbury. You will own the quality and continuous improvement programme, lead the annual quality audits, and partner with client representatives to ensure services meet contract standards.

The role requires audit expertise, data analysis, strong Excel skills, and stakeholder management. You will drive corrective actions, report to senior management, and promote a culture of continuous improvement on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality management and audit environments.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards and corrective actions.
• Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
• Advanced Excel and stakeholder management abilities.
• CQI membership or willingness to pursue.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the Annual Quality Audit Programme.
• Identify non-conformances and drive corrective actions.
• Analyse data to identify trends and risks.
• Prepare reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Promote continuous improvement across the contract.
