As part of the wider government Shared Services Strategy, the MOD has established the Corporate Services Modernisation (CSM) portfolio to drive transformation in Human Resources, Commercial, and Finance policies, processes, organizational structures, data, and systems. The Civilian population’s HR services have already transitioned to this SaaS solution; however, the CSM (specifically the Defence HR Services (DefHRS) project) aims to transform MOD’s offering into a comprehensive, force-wide solution.
We are seeking an experienced software developer to support the DefHRS project’s discovery phase, lead the design and development of the solution, and provide ongoing support and change management throughout its lifecycle.
