Job summary

M&T Bank Corporation is seeking a CAM professional to lead and participate in projects across Default Servicing. You will partner with Business Banking, Commercial, Consumer, Mortgage and Retail teams to optimize technology, systems, and processes within CAM.

Responsibilities include creating advanced departmental reports, conducting analyses, reviewing data, and drafting procedures to ensure currency. Strong analytical and communication skills are required, with experience in collections or

Qualifications

• Associate degree required with minimum of 3 years’ related experience, or 5 years of combined higher education and/or work experience including 3 years in related fields.
• Experience in collections and/or default servicing is essential.
• Proven analytical skills and strong organizational abilities are required.
• Proficiency with PCs and standard word processing/spreadsheet software is expected.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as resource in CAM and represent business practices in projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Interact with partners across Banking platforms to leverage technology and projects.
• Develop and produce non-routine departmental reports and analyses (financial, workflow, historical).
• Conduct data review and reconciliation for CAM.
• Draft and edit procedures to maintain currency across CAM areas.
• Support audits, certifications and compliance testing for CAM.
• Lead/planning, testing, and implementation of new projects, systems, products, and regulatory changes affecting CAM teams.
