Job Responsibilities

• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedural training
• Wash and sanitize plateware, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and utensils according to sanitation policies
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the shift
• Keep the kitchen area clean by sweeping, mopping, and removing debris
• Perform prep work, opening/closing duties, and beautification tasks
• Prepare and maintain the dish machine during shifts
• Stand and walk for 100% of the shift
• Reach, bend, and stoop as needed
• Immerse hands in water frequently, using chemical solutions
• Speak, read, and write English
• Lift up to 50 lbs. multiple times per shift and place heavy loads on high shelves
• Work in damp, high-temperature environments indoors and outdoors
• Handle hot plates, pots, pans, and sharp utensils safely
• Support fellow employees as needed
• Complete and pass a food safety certification program in accordance with company and state regulations

Work Schedule and Benefits

• Five-day workweek with two consecutive days off
