Maintain excellent time-management skills, including arriving punctually for scheduled shifts and beginning and ending treatments on time.

Complete accurate and detailed SOAP notes and other required documentation by the end of the workday.

Communicate effectively with clients regarding treatment goals, progress, maintenance care, and self-management.

Build professional relationships with clients and help them work toward their pain-management and wellness goals.

Communicate promptly and professionally through company email and internal chat.

Maintain clean, organized, and safe treatment rooms and common areas.
