Job summary

Ralph L. Wadsworth Construction is seeking a Heavy Civil/Deep Foundations Project Manager to join our team and start immediately. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with structural bridges, piling and shoring, and deep foundations, and be willing to travel.

Qualifications

Requires Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
Minimum of five years in Industrial/Heavy civil/Deep Foundation construction.
Experience supervising concrete projects as a Project Manager.
Extensive knowledge of structural bridges, piling and shoring, and deep foundations.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize and manage materials, equipment and subcontractors.
Establish project objectives, schedules, policies, procedures and performance standards.
Monitor project progress to ensure on-time completion within budget.
Represent company in project meetings and negotiations.
Manage financial aspects of contracts to protect company’s interests and maximise profit.
Track project profitability and labor performance on a regular basis.
Maintain safety policies and quality control on all projects.
Review costs and project performance with upper management after completion.
