Avanta Care Home Health is seeking a dedicated Deep Cleaning Specialist to join our Sanford team. The role focuses on thorough cleaning that goes beyond routine maintenance, ensuring homes and businesses are sanitized, refreshed, and impeccably maintained.

You will perform deep cleaning for residential and commercial spaces, access hard-to-reach areas, and use cleaning products and equipment safely. Evening or weekend availability is required to accommodate client schedules.

Qualifications

• Previous deep cleaning experience preferred.
• Understanding of cleaning products, tools, and safety best practices.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, and stand for long periods.
• Reliable transportation to job sites throughout Seminole County.
• Ability to work evenings or weekends when required.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform deep cleaning services for residential and commercial properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, offices, and common areas
• Clean neglected and hard-to-reach spaces such as baseboards, behind appliances, vents, and high surfaces
• Handle specialty cleaning tasks such as carpet and upholstery care, grout cleaning, and stain removal
• Use cleaning products, chemicals, and equipment safely and efficiently
• Adhere to company standards, cleaning procedures, and safety guidelines
• Communicate professionally with supervisors and clients regarding project status and special requests
• Manage cleaning supplies and ensure equipment is clean and functioning properly
